We do our best to ensure your tag is engraved with the correct details on it. If we have made a mistake on your tag, or we have sent you the wrong tag, please complete the form below and we will gladly replace your tag free of charge. In the event of a claim under our guarantee we may request that the faulty tag be returned to us. If there is a problem or if we have any questions we will be in contact with you via email. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
